How Do I schedule transportation?
Transportation can be scheduled by calling (905) 599 5816, emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org or filling out an online request form.
Do you offer transportation for stretchers?
Currently, we do not offer Transportation for stretchers. However, this service may be added in the future. Please check back soon.
Do you offer door-to-door service?
Yes. We offer full door-to-door service to meet all of your needs.
What is Non Emergency Medical Transportation?
Non-Emergency Medical Transportation is Transportation to and from Medical –related appointments.
Does your company transport clients to social outings?
Yes. Please, book the bus for your group as a charter, which is a dedicated service for the lower price. Call us to find out about the discounts.
Does your company provide medical attention?
No. We are strictly a non-emergency transportation company. We do not provide medical treatment at any time, nor do we provide ambulance service.
How far in advance do I need to schedule transportation?
In order to maintain reliable service, we require 24-hour notice. If you have a last-minute need, please, call (905) 599 5816, we will try to accommodate your request.
What information is required to book a trip?
– Name and phone number
– Address where the passenger will be picked up
– Mobility Aid and Companion under Passenger information
Pick up and Destination information
– Contact and phone number
– Appointment time
– Address, including building number/suite number, etc.
– Add buzzer code number if appropriate
Emergency Contact Name and phone number
– Make the Payment: you will then be given a trip confirmation code. The day before your scheduled trip, you will receive a phone call to confirm the trip for the next day. On the day of the trip the driver, who will confirm your address and give you an approximate pick-up time, will contact you.
How are the rates structures?
Rates are varied depending on the type of service required and distance. Please, call us at (905) 599 5816 or email email@example.com. to find out the cost of your ride.
How do you charge if the customer fails to show up?
Trips Cancelled within one hour of the scheduled pick up time and when a customer fails to show up, will be charged at full rate.

What types of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards.
Do I need to provide my own wheelchair for my transport?
Yes. If you do not have and you need one, we can provide you with one for a small fee.
Do you allow a companion?
Yes, and there is no additional fee.
What are your standard hours of operation?
We offer transportation 24/7, but we accept booking requests from Monday to Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. We can accommodate any pick-up/drop-off time so long as it is scheduled in advance. Please, call (905) 599 5816 or email at email@example.com to schedule your ride.
